Framory House sells photo frames, photo prints, personalized products, and other memory-related products. Product images are provided for reference and actual colours, textures, and finishes may vary slightly depending on your screen and the physical product.
2. Personalized Products
Some products are personalized using photos or information provided by the customer.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the photos, names, text, and other information submitted with an order are correct.
Once an order has entered the printing or preparation process, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
3. Photo Uploads
By uploading a photo, you confirm that you have the right to use and reproduce the image for your order.
Please upload clear and suitable images. Framory House is not responsible for poor print quality caused by low-resolution, blurry, dark, or otherwise unsuitable images provided by the customer.
4. Orders and Payments
An order is considered confirmed once the payment has been successfully received and the order confirmation has been generated.
We reserve the right to cancel an order in exceptional circumstances, including suspected fraudulent activity, incorrect pricing, product availability issues, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the applicable refund will be processed to the original payment method.
5. Pricing
All product prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹).
Prices may change from time to time. Any price change will not affect an order that has already been confirmed.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping charges and estimated delivery times are described in our Shipping & Delivery policy.
Orders below ₹499 are charged ₹49 for standard shipping. Orders of ₹499 or more qualify for free standard shipping.
Delivery times may vary depending on the customer's location, courier service, weather, operational issues, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
7. Returns and Replacements
Returns and replacements are governed by our Returns & Replacement Policy.
Personalized products generally cannot be returned or exchanged simply because of a change of mind or personal preference.
If a product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or has an issue caused by Framory House, please contact us within the time period specified in our Returns & Replacement Policy.
8. Customer Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including their name, phone number, email address, and shipping address.
Framory House is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
