Shipping Charges

• Orders below ₹499: ₹49 shipping
• Orders of ₹499 or more: Free shipping

Delivery Time

Standard delivery usually takes 3–5 business days after your order is dispatched. Delivery time may vary slightly depending on your location and courier service.

Order Processing

We carefully prepare every order before dispatch. Personalized products may require additional preparation time.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared using the contact information provided during checkout.

Damaged Package / Product

Please inspect your package carefully when you receive it. We strongly recommend recording a continuous video while opening the package, showing the outer packaging and the product inside. This helps us verify any damage that may have occurred during transit.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and share clear photos and/or the unboxing video showing the condition of the package and product.

Please keep the original packaging until your issue has been resolved.

Claims reported after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement.

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address and contact details are correct before placing your order. Framory House is not responsible for delays or additional charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
